KooLTURE was originally formed in 1999 by brothers from San Lorenzo, Argentina, José and Maxi Tramontini. In 2001 they released their first album, Stay Kool, through the label ElectroMusic. Their song “Shining” appeared that same year at the compilation Underground Vibes. The band style is a powerful, intelligent, danceable and catchy electropop with a gay touch for the general public.

In 2006 Eternal Sunday invited KooLTURE to perform the Pet Shop Boys’ song “Heart” for the Southern Waves: Argentinean Tribute to Classic Electropop tribute compilation. From that moment KooLTURE became a solo project for José Tramontini. In 2009, after releasing many digital singles, the band released their album Uncovered trough the label Eternal Sunday.

The band’s live shows feature an elaborated audiovisual performance that includes live dancers.
